Prepare PC Contractors scope, to be engaged by tendering process for the construction and commissioning of plant.

BYCO Petroleum Pakistan Limited (BPPL) – BPPL Upgrade Project at MKP Site – Upgradation and Capacity enhancement of BYCO Refinery at Mouza Kund (MKP) by installing relocated FCCU & DHDS Units

Analyze main pipe rack for additional loads, performing as-built of the existing pipe-rack, recording actual site conditions, and developing as-built drawings.
Undertake Mechanical Integrity assessment of around 70 pressure vessels on PV-Elite software, propose recommendations for modifications due to changed seismic conditions, and develop detailed fabrication drawings.

Engro Corp. Ltd. (ECL) – Desktop Screening Study for Alternate Site Location and Jetty for Handling Refrigerated Propane Jetty (90,000 MT Propane Storage)

Perform concept development & screening Study for Engro Corporation Limited for alternate site location for Propylene Plant (PDH) between Hub & Gadani area of Baluchistan.
Desktop study of the area between Hub & Gadani for identifying potential sites for offshore jetty and plant site. Subsequently, evaluated sites during the site visit, explored potential Jetty locations (offshore) by reviewing Admiralty Charts for handling of 90,000 MT Refrigerated Propane Storage.
Formulated Cost Estimates on AACE Class 5 and generated Screening Study Report for the alternate plant & jetty locations.

POGC – Capacity Augmentation Project for Rehman Production Facility (RPF) - Upgradation of existing gas processing plant and capacity enhancement by installing new gas processing plant including nitrogen unit at POGC’s Rehman Field at Dadu, Sindh (capacity – 80 MMSCFD)

Review of Tender Documents for EPCC, and developing technical evaluation criteria, Technical Bid Evaluations of EPCC Bids, Technical Evaluation Report and application of FIDIC during Tendering Process.
Coordinate in preparation of Project Schedules, Cursory review of FEED documentation, preparation of Budgetary Cost Estimates and oversee all disciplines to ensure seamless working during different phases of project.

OGDCL – KPD–TAY Integrated Development Project Phase-II, OGDCL, Hyderabad District, Pakistan – A gas processing facility of USD 430 Million, to process 250 MMSCFD raw gas to produce 205 MMSCFD processed gas, 400+ MT LPG / day & 5000+ BBLs of Condensate / day

Complete end-to-end management (PMC) of the project along with detail engineering, tendering & procurement and construction & commissioning supervision.
Developed Project Control documents, such as, project schedules, progress measurement procedures, project execution strategies, communication & coordination protocols, document control registers etc.
Supervised and conducted effective coordination for seamless project execution during different stages of the project including engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Oversaw preparation of miscellaneous packages for equipment procurement & PC / EPCC tender documents both technically & contractually; preparation of scope of works for PC and EPCC Contractors.

Inter-State Gas Systems (ISGS) – Machike – Tarujabba Oil Pipeline Project (MTOPP) – Feasibility, design, tendering & bidding & award of a white oil pipeline of approximately 430 KM to transport High-Speed Diesel & Motor Spirit from Machike to Tarujabba through a BOOT Contract

Oversee coordination during bidding process between all parties, bid evaluations & communication with bidders for clarifications (both technical & financial) and assure assistance during preparation of contract and negotiations.
Officiate preparation of technical & financial bid evaluation reports with the award of contract recommendations and present evaluation status to GOP Board of Directors (BOD) & CEO in Board Meeting.

PSO – Design of Lightweight Mobile Steam Coil System for heating of Furnace Oil during decanting operation from bowsers

Design of a vertical type Heat Exchanger as per ASME VIII Div.1 and design of lightweight steel structure for mounting of heat exchangers for furnace oil heating during decanting operation from bowsers.
Devise selection of crane for vertical movement of heat exchangers during heating of bowser and design of piping systems for steam and condensate recovery
Preparation of budgetary estimate of the individual and complete system.

Karachi Electric (KE) – 220 MW KCCPP, Korangi Power Complex, Karachi, Pakistan – Conversion of Gas Turbine power plant to Combined Cycle Power Plant by Heat Recovery Steam Generator System

Evaluation, vetting, and reviewing of mechanical specifications & datasheets of different process equipment including heat recovery steam generator (HRSG), steam turbine, main cooling water, auxiliary cooling water from seawater channels, utilities, chemical sampling & dosing units and firefighting system
Complete vetting and reviewing of the material of piping, valves, related accessories, and various equipment; ensure liaison & coordination with other disciplines, client & EPCC contractor for seamless execution of project
